I started at 283 and am now at 278!
Yay for you! You go, guy!!!

Wow, this is hard during bbq and party season. I feel really good about this diet, until there is visually tons of no no food around me. I am able to stay OP, but get a little grouchy. Makes me not want to go out socially. I am sticking to it though, really happy with pounds lost in 3 weeks, just needed to vent.

I get the vanilla flavored greek yogurt (lower in carbs than the fruited greek yogurts) and then stir in my allowed fruit - peanut butter flavored yogurt doesn't appeal to me at all. But I love the vanilla greek yogurt! It's like eating vanilla ice cream...

Yes, you can. They'll be fine. Or just bring your shaker and mix as you go!

My coach mentioned that eating more fish would help me drop more inches...

What I remember reading on here months ago was the the IP raspberry jello didn't have all the amino acids that the other packets have and is therefored considered to be incomplete and should be used as a 4th or extra packet, rather than as one of your primary 3 packets that you're getting nutrition from. I think the collagen thing is really a load of crap. Drink your water, move your body and your skin will take care of itself. Granted, if you have a lot of extra skin, surgery is the only thing that will remove it, but drinking collagen drinks won't change that anyway!

My long weekend went pretty well! I did very good at the millions of bbqs I had to go too and stayed op. I feel like a lot of ppl want to criticize my diet tho. Does anyone else experience this and how do you handle it? I just laugh it off and they seem to drop it but after it happens over and over it starts to get to me.

People always want to criticize diets. Its normal. Just smile and tell them its working for you and walk away.
They will see the proof.
You can also tell them about my father, mother, brother, sister-in-law and two sisters who have all done the IP diet. My father(he is in his 70's) lost 50 pounds. This diet works! Period. End of story.
