I get the vanilla flavored greek yogurt (lower in carbs than the fruited greek yogurts) and then stir in my allowed fruit - peanut butter flavored yogurt doesn't appeal to me at all. But I love the vanilla greek yogurt! It's like eating vanilla ice cream...

What I remember reading on here months ago was the the IP raspberry jello didn't have all the amino acids that the other packets have and is therefored considered to be incomplete and should be used as a 4th or extra packet, rather than as one of your primary 3 packets that you're getting nutrition from. I think the collagen thing is really a load of crap.
Drink your water, move your body and your skin will take care of itself. Granted, if you have a lot of extra skin, surgery is the only thing that will remove it, but drinking collagen drinks won't change that anyway!
