Need help with veggies on the go
I am a rural mail carrier and do not really have a lunch period. I am having trouble trying to get my veggies in for lunch. I have taken celery and cauliflower with WF dressing, but am needing some variety. Any suggestions for veggies on the run?

Peppers! When I can't take a salad somewhere I take some red, yellow and orange bell pepper strips. There sweet and flavourful and I dont find I need dressing. Also cucumbers are good :)

For me finding things to bring to work is difficult. I do cut up cucumbers in a container with no calorie dip. I think you can have dill pickles too. Hope you do well.

I bring sliced cucumbers either plain or soaked in vinegar and salt and pepper. Also sliced pepper strips or dill pickles. And yes, the dill pickles count as veggies. :)

Maybe you can make zucchini chips ahead of time and bring them along.
