New to this forum, first month IP

Hi everyone,
I am glad that I found this forum! I started IP about a month ago and I was doing great until I went to a family wedding:( I got right back on the proverbial horse and I think I will have the weight I gained back off again before I weigh in tomorrow hopefully!

Don't beat yourself up too much, just get right back at it and remember how you feel now whenever you comsider going off protocol. I've been there too.. An out of town funeral did me in.. I forgot my shaker and after that I just gave in to all of my old favorites.. I was upset and didn't get back to the diet until last Monday.. That was over 4 months ago!!
Believe in yourself, you can do this!!
