I'm totally in! Another one who wants to get rid of 15lbs in July. I just had my second weigh in and am down 13lbs by her scale. 15lbs by mine, and weighing in the morning.

I'm in for the July Challenge! I lost 8 pounds at my first weigh in yesterday so I am pumped and ready to go for July. Will we weigh on our own scales on Fri., July 1st and use that number? Then weigh the last day of July? I don't go back to my IP clinic until July 5th to be weighed, I guess I could use that number.

I love these challenges. :) They help me stay accountable.

I WILL be 164 by July 31st.

165 is the lowest weight I ever remember being, and it was when I started high school. So hitting 164 will be special. :)

You will make it. My goal is 163 (I am a bit on the short side). July shall see my exodus from "obese."
Have a good losing day, Jessica and everyone!

I was just planning on using the numbers from my scale at home.

I'm in too!! :yay:

I'm starting my fourth week on IP and have been doing fairly good so far. I've lost about 16 pounds. I've been sticking to the protocol really well for the most part, with a couple 'little' cheats here and there that make me afraid if I don't STOP even if they seem minor, they will add up and sabotage my weight loss!! :( :nono: So this July challenge is perfect for me to stay on track 100%! :cheer2:

My husband and I's anniversary is in August and we have a weekend trip planned. I'm fully planning to stay on track that weekend. It would be fabulous to keep averaging at least four pounds per week through my second month (July) and lose at least 28 pounds by our trip (it's in 7 weeks)!

...I had to look at my calendar twice.. after not being able to lose weight on ANYthing else for the last 15 years, 28 pounds seemed like too much! I hope I continue to average four pounds a week!!!!!

I want to lose 15-20lbs by July 22nd. I will be graduating from college and walking across the stage...BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT for me!

Congratulations!!! Graduating is such a huge accomplishment. :) What a perfect time to work on yourself, time to start fresh.
...or I would assume. I am in school now and it feels like I will NEVER graduate. lol

I will be 163 pounds by July 31!! That puts my BMI just below "obese."

By the way, what is the prize of this challenge? :dizzy:

Thanks! I try to keep my head on straight, but sometimes it is really tough ;)

Ok, so I had WI #2 today and I lost only 2 lbs from last week. However, I'm bloat- central as my period is due.. now... like anytime it should be here... I'm counting the minutes ughh. I weighed myself a few days ago (I weigh myself about twice a week, can't help it), and the scale was a little lower than today, so I think once all the bloat goes away, I should be fine.

Good luck everyon!

Well I had my weigh in this morning and had a gain of .7 but had a loss of 1 inch. This is my first gain, was not too happy about it but I know I did everything I was suppose to do so I don't know what is going on. Keeping my head high and moving on to the next week!

Wow, I've been gone for a few days and I return to a wonderful response to the July challenge!!!
I love doing these challenges, it's always nice to have the extra support!!
I have my first July weigh in on July 6th bright and early in the morning!!
I'm almost back to my weight before stopping IP in Feb, so here's to hoping it all goes well this week!!!
