Phase III BREAKFAST QUESTION?
I am just starting phase three, and my coach is off sick for a bit, her child has a huge illness so I am out there with this question. Here's what I have planned for my breakfast for tomorrow. I know how much I need to watch in totals for grains 30g, proteines 25g, fruits 20g, dairy less then 120 cal, and fat 15g. Are these totals for just the food group or do we add them all up,
2 toast st methode (cal 130) fat 2 carbs 24 bacon M&M 3 slices (cal 70) fat 5gr carbs 1 prot 5 half cup of strawberries (cal 23) 5 gr carbs 3\4 cup liberety greek yogourt carbs 7 sugar 5 prot 18 cal 110 so..total fat 7 carbs 37 prot 28 cal 333 Still room for something on my toast, I like the 95% fat free philli spread? Now...........am I in the ball game or what lol, I think maybe I am but need the wise wisdom of the girls on here!!!:carrot: |

If I have room I'm going to have more strawberries for sure lol They just came out fresh this weekened here in Quebec.
