Rhubarb
I finally got my hands on some rhubarb and now I can't find the recipes that everyone was talking about. Could you please repost.

I just make the "mock apple sauce": cut up the rhubarb stalk into chunks, put in a bit of water (it releases a lot of water when it cooks), bring to a boil and simmer until it gets soft. Strain if needed. Mash. Add Stevia or Splenda and cinamon. I like to cool it a bit before eating it (if I am impatient, I stir in an ice cube to do so). Enjoy!
