Talking FIRST weigh in TODAY



Hi...Today at 9:00 AM was my first weigh in on IP...Actually I started Tuesday so it really has only been 4 days...I know most of it was water weight but I was still so encouraged by the numbers....So I am so motivated to stay OP.....Anyway can't wait till I can have a TICKER......SO the total was
11.2 lbs and 5 1/2 inches..


Yahoo......for me...for those of you new to the program please stick with it...I would be more than happy to help you on your journey and you can help me.

Congratulations! Thats one of the great things about this diet, it is so encouraging to lose so much weight the first week, it really motivates you to stay on plan.
