Soy Patties: Friend or foe?
Hi Everyone,
Well, after much anticipation, I tried the soy patty this morning for breakfast. I had some Penzey's breakfast sausage seasoning and sage on hand so I thought I'd season it up like breakfast sausage. The flavoring was good but the texture-bleh! It was like cookie dough and not in a good way. It also did not brown evenly in the pan. I will definitely be returning the other soy patty packet to my coach at the next visit.
Has anyone else tried it and liked it? If so, what did you do to make it tasty?
