Newbee needs HELP really bad! Please Please Please

Hi, I just started this site so forgive me if I post in the wrong place.
I really need help I started IP on April 6 and I was doing really well. I've lost twenty pounds so far which I know is good. I cheated on May 15th went to the movies and pigged out I told myself I would only do it once... Ya big mistake! I have not lost any weight since so out of frusturation I've cheated ALOT I feel like a loser. Like I have no control with food it controls me. I don't know what to do? I really want to succced and win this battle once and for all. Is it possible to start over? to get my body back into ketosis? Or have I just wasted a bunch of money?
My "coach" is a man and I get no support from him so you guys are all I have. Please help me, words of incouragement, support, tips, anything. Thanks for listening to me vent. Sorry for the bad spelling :?:

Ok....take a deep breath  You're going to be ok.

You cheated. There is nothing you can do about what happened in the past. But you CAN CONTROL how you proceed going forward. I know it's frustrating when you don't see the scale move, but it might take your body a while to get back into ketosis, which is why you hadn't been losing. If you perpetuate the cycle, your body won't be able to get back into ketosis, and you won't let it lose weight.

You have to consciously make the choice to re-commit yourself 100% to this, or you won't get back on that road to getting healthy. Take it one meal at a time...even one hour at a time and make a choice to say no to those foods that are not on plan. Remind yourself that you're worth it, and that you can do it.

Just start over. You can do it again but it may be harder this time. No cheating anymore!!!

Looks like you got the advice you need ;)

Start over at day 1. You won't have the first week drop that you had to begin with, but once you get back in the groove...it'll start dropping like it's suppose to

Now you know...what one cheat does...Leads to the path of NO return!! So...stick to your guns! YOU CAN DO THIS!! and you are WORTH it too!!!

yes take it one day at a time, you can do it, you just have to get your mind wrapped around it again. No cheats and you can get back into ketosis, it may be way harder this time, but don't you think you are worth a little hard work? Maybe avoid situations at first that would tempt you to cheat. You did it for a whole month remember how good you felt? the first week might be rough but go for it.

You can do this! Set some realistic goals and non-food rewards (write them down), then keep your eye on the prize! Even staying on protocol for the first two weeks is worthy of a reward!

If you feel like you are going to fall again, reach out. There are some wonderful people here who will always try to catch you!

You will be fine, breathe, look at it this way you lost 20 pounds before you cheated, you can continue to lose. Its just a speed bump lady you'll be fine!

I have confidence in you! You did it once and you can do it again!

Losing weight isn't always going to be a straight line process. This experience could be a good learning opportunity for you if you have a good honest look at how the 'cheating' (hate that word), happened to begin with, and then what false stories you were telling yourself that perpetuated the behaviour. (i.e. I'm a failure, I might as well give up, I can't do it etc) Then you'll be better equipped the next time a similar scenario comes around. I think this kind of stuff is really important work if you want to be able to change your relatiionship with food and learn to manage it for the long term.
