OK... maybe not huge for some. But huge for me.

Today is day 2 of my 1st week. I am SERIOUSLY craving bread. and cookies. and cake. and brownies. and... well... you get it.

I work in a high school, and there was a huge bake sale at lunch to raise money for breast cancer research. There were a lot of leftovers, and they all landed directly in front of my desk. Like, within arm's reach. They were there for 1 and a half hours... cupcakes, rice krispie squares (my favourite!!!), homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, chocolate brownies (with icing, of course!!).

I. DID. NOT. TOUCH. THEM.

It wasn't easy. It was hard. I had several arguments with myself... yes, the students laughed at me. But... I DID NOT TOUCH THEM.

Cheers for you! Yes, you have to celebrate the little victories!! That is like when I went to my fav mexican restaurant and passed up the chips!! Very hard, but so worth it! Keep it up!

OH how hard that must have been for you! Congrats!
I know how hard that is as every Friday is "Goodie" day at work where one person brings snacks for everyone. Since January I haven't touched any of it, and it is tremendously hard when there are my favorite treats.
