Default Alternative Vitamins/Supplements

I'm sure this has been addressed somewhere else on this forum but for the life of me I cannot find it. Can anyone tell me if there are any good alternatives to the IP Vitamins/Supplements?? I have seen plenty of threads on alternative food products but not vitamins/supplements.

I'm not sure if there is a thread on this (I'm still pretty new). I am only buying the Potassium from IP. I just couldn't not find one with more than 99mg per pill and the IP one is 800 mg! I am using multi vitamin and calcium mag from Whole Foods. My coach looked at them both and said they were fine.

Whole Foods High Potency Multi: It is 180 pills (once a day... so 6 months worth) for $30.

Bluebonnet Calcium Citrte Magnesium Vitamin D3. It's 180 for $30 but I take 4 a day (so about a month and a half).

I just need to supplement with a little zinc. I just got this at the grocery store. Sundown brand, 50 mg. I take this at dinner with my cal mag.

HTH!

What are the breakdowns of the IP vitamins?
I was thinking buying it from them just so I have it.... although I want to check out a new vitamin store that just opened.

I think the only one that would be hard to find would be the potassium, I read that too much potassium carbonate is not good for you. I wonder if we dont get enough in the foods and packets.
