Hi- I would really like to start the Ideal Protein diet, but unfortunately I just don't have the extra money right now do the program through the local Chiropractors office. So I'm wondering if any one could give me some basic information on phase one so I could get started. Stuff about protocol, meal plans, supplements, timelines, etc anything is greatly appreciated (especially about alternative products and supplements)! Thanks for your time!
