Wow! Congratulations to all those who shared great WI's and NSVs! Today seems to be a good day for many of us.
I am proud to report that I did not have, nor did I need, a 3-4 p.m. snack today! :broc:
So appreciative for the good advice that I've received! I will try this plan again tomorrow and see if it keeps up or if it was just a fluke.
On the downside, my daughter has come down with the Fifth's Disease. Maybe that explains the fever that I've been having off and on. Tonight, my husband is sick. My daughter has a rash but is bouncing off the walls (almost literally). My son seems fine.

I'm following along with you SusieBee! We have almost the same stats. You seem to be cruising along allot faster than I am...I'm going to try to catch up with you!:D

:D Yay! So happy to have someone else along on this journey! I am amazed at how close our stats are!
I started IP on March 14th.. I have faster weeks and slower weeks... and a thyroid condition (on medication). We'll probably reach our goal around the same time! I'll be looking forward to your posts!
By the way, I can see the difference in your photos!
I need to take photos... I have "before" but I think it's about time for some progress pics!

Remember, only have the spaghetti and chili a combination of 2x a week. It will slow you down faster than the others will.
Also, for that extra protein you are having, on your tap dance days, have it within 45 min of finishing the exercise session. It is very important you do this on those days.
I think you will see a nice change after next week! :).

Thank you. I have spaghetti one day per week and chili one day per week. However, I may stop now that I find having a resricted in the morning might relieve my 3-4 p.m. hunger.

Serious NSV for me today. I just found out that I get to go to a conference in June in Florida. The hotel is fantastic and has an amazing pool. I am looking forward to going and sitting in a bathing suit by the pool. THIS IS HUGE!
I found out that a good friend from grad school days will also attend, which is nice because it means I'll have someone to have out with. YAY.

Wow! That is great! How fun!

I am so glad to see you back here! You look great in your picture (you remind me of Cali in Grey's Anatomy - I find her so pretty)!

Does anybody else struggle with feeling like they've lost something to look forward to? I used to look forward to my lunch break at work so much every day, not just for the food, but apparently that was a huge part of it. Now I could skip it and care less. I'm not excited for my salad. At all. I'm not excited about my stupid shakes. At all. I've lost that happy thing to look forward to and am feeling kind of miserable about it at work today. :(

 You will find other things to look forward to in time. I think this is just a part of the process. The transformation is both physical and psychological... it has to be if it is going to work.

Finally, after being on this program since January, I have had my largest loss since the first week. I usually only lose 1 or 1.5 pounds per week, but this week I lost 3!!! Didn't do anything different but I am so happy. Only 7 more to go!! For some reason my Lean Body Mass went down 2 points and my coach practically bit my head off and accused me of cheating. I hadn't cheated and she kept prodding to get me to say something to explain the situation. Nothing to explain!! Lost weight, inches but gained in the BMI and Lean Body Mass. I'm just going to keep doing what I am doing and look forward to reaching my goal. Good luck to everyone this week!

Wow! You are so close! Hang in there!
