Rough First Week, Not So Bad The 2nd (+ progress pictures)
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say thank you for the ideas/support after my first week weigh in. It is totally disappointing hearing that you GAINED almost 3 lbs... but since it was my TOM, I knew it was affecting me. TOM is done, and had my weigh in this morning (week 2). I lost 3.5 lbs (which I am ok with), but I am more thrilled about the INCHES gone.... - 10 ! In 14 days: 1.3 inches off my chest 1 inch off my waist 4 inches off my hips 1.2 inches off my arm 2.5 inches off my thigh I know it has only been 14 days... but just thought I would share some of my progress pictures. I started IP (alternative products) on 4/25 with my TOM (thought it would be hard since I crave sweets and salty stuff during my TOM). I did my first WI this morning and was down 6.4 pounds. I did not do inches but I feel leaner. I am going to take my measurements at my second WI like you did! I am so inspired by reading everyone's progress. Sher |
You can definately see a difference! And for what it's worth, I would have never guess you were over 200 in the first pic! Keep it up in the weeks to come!

Congratulations -- that is some great progress!!!! You must be thrilled!!!! The scale will eventually reflect your visual results but with results like this...the scale can just stay in hiding :-) -- I am green with envy-- you have a fantastic waistline/curves (I am the classic "want what I don't have" and not even IP can fix that - ha,ha,ha)
