no i haven't been eating salad....I ate it for the first 2 days, but I did atkins before and I just made myself sick of salads....so Ive been mostly eating cuc and mushroom
I did have mashed turnip last night, however I wasn't sure how to measure it |

Just so you don't feel so alone. I have been on IP for 2 weeks, and it has been a slow process here too. In my first week I GAINED 3 lbs (It was also my time of the month)... my 2nd week weigh in is tomorrow - and I hope to see SOME kind of progress. I do feel better, and my clothes are fitting better, but am disappointed because I didn't have that big "start up" weight loss number. I honestly thought it would come off a lot quick than it has been....especially because I ate LOADS of carbs before. Hang in there... your not alone! Hopefully as the weeks go by, our bodies will kick into gear :)
