Thanks lindacraig63!
I will have to try adding veggies. I may have overcooked it, too.

I have an issue with the taste of some IP products, too. This is my first post on this site (hi, everyone!), and I've been on IP three weeks now. I've lost seven pounds, which is pretty good, considering I went on a major 2-day cheat last week. My problem was that most of the foods I tried at first I hated, and after two weeks of choking down the soups and omelets and WF dressings, I just rebelled. But I didn't give up. Instead, I started adding in some of the restricted foods, and now, after a week of this, I'm much happier. If I stick to the chili, spaghetti, crepes, and pancakes for my lunch, and have the drinks and puddings for breakfast and snack, I do ok. I've just decided I'll never like the soups or WF dressings and I've learned to work around that. For me, it's not the artificial sweetener taste. It's the protein powder texture in some of the foods, like the soup, that gets to me. Just keep trying different foods until you find ones you like. I did.

OMG I know exactly what you're talking about. Try the premixed shakes and the chocolate shake powder. They're the ones I can tolerate the best.
