Default Hair loss

I tried searching the forum, but wow...does it really not work

I know I read in one of the thread where someone started taking a supplement or two that helped curb this side affect. Does anyone remember what that was?

Thanks

Biotin fortunately for me, my hair is so thick, if there has been a loss I have yet to notice it. However, I can say my nails seem to be growing a lot faster than they were before I started taking it!

MSM and Biotin will strengthen hair. Both are OTC.

I've noticed less shedding on this diet. I was having a bad shedding problem, but since I have been on this my hair is growing faster and it's healthier. Maybe I was missing protein all along.

I bumped one of the earlier hair loss threads so you can see a bunch of ideas.
