I am having trouble (still!) finding things to eat on phase 3 and 4. The protocol sheets are SO VAGUE!!! I need some structure!
I've recently discovered Greek Yogurt - and I love it! Its got tons of protein in it, and its 0%M.F! The only kind available where I live is:
Pc Greek 0% M.F. Yogurt - Strawberry Fruit Bottom

Carbs: 23g
Fat: 0g
Protein: 13g
Sugar: 17g
Is this ok for phase 3? would you count it as dairy? or fruit? or both?
