What do you do about this?
 

You would think all the veggies that we eat that constipation would be the last thing we would get. I am really struggling right now and I am wondering what everyone else does for relief.

Some people aren't affected, some get diarrhea, some get constipation. Miralax works. Others may tell you things that have worked for them, too.

I just bumped up an old thread where this was discussed -- there are some great ideas -- the one from ShowGirlz (with the salt flush) I have copied and saved just in case I ever need it -- take a look at that thread it will help
