Reaction to cleanse?
 

I started the cleanse Thursday. I am pretty sure it is the reason I have a rash on my arm. Should I be worried? One website I read said when doing a cleanse some people may get a rash because of toxins being released faster than he body can get rid of them. I go for my weigh-in tomorrow and will ask, but I wondered if anyone here had any experience with this.

Unfortunately she's out until Monday and the person who did my weigh-in is just another person on the diet.

I just finished the cleanse over a week ago and I did not have any issues like this (rash or etc.) but there was someone on this website who mentioned she developed acne and hopefully she will read this and respond to you. So I would guess that a rash as a result from toxin release is also possible. In the meantime, I'd call your Clinic when a professional is there to discuss further.
