this is me after only 2 weeks!
 

Hey everyone!

I have been on IP for 2 weeks.

At first I thought that it wouldn't work for me, kind of like how EVERY other diet has not worked for me.

I know that it is not much, but I am still proud of my results. I just wanted to share them with you all.

you look great! Are you finding that your loosing more inches the pounds? Its like that for me and a little discouraging. Maybe the scale will catch up?

well I have only been on IP for 2 weeks so I am not sure yet. last week i lost 14lbs and this week only 2, but I do notice the inches coming off.

you look fabulous! the inches are always better than the pounds, because if you think about it, it's all about the way you look and feel and not so much about what the scale says!

That is amazing in two weeks. I agree that I would rather lose inches than pounds. If you are losing inches that means that you are toning up.
