Ooh.. Those all look good. I was thinking of like a chicken salad with a rotisserie chicken shredded, lots of celery, a couple hard boiled eggs, pickles, and some onion, sea salt and pepper. For the mayo part, u could either use WF mayo.. Or I've done mustard , and a little dill pickle juice,.. I don't know. U could bring little rolls for others to make little sandwiches, but I just do a big salad and add this to it. It's just an idea, but you've probably already figured it out. I like this thread because it seems like I always have to come up with something, and I never thought to bring more than a veggie tray :)
