I have finally worked up the courage to post progress photos! I never liked having my picture taken, but I decided it was about time to actually take a good look at myself.

I may not post very often, but I am always reading everything that ya'll post and I am so thankful to have found this program and every one of you!

I just finished my first week of IP and am down 16lbs. when I see before and after photos of everyone, I just know that this will work for me as well.

it says you are 241lbs now??? It does NOT look it! I am 216 and your tummy is WAY smaller than mine! Amazing :)
