6 Months on IP & feeling great!
 

Hi everyone;

Just checking in after all this time ... it seems like the board has a lot of newbies. I hope to hear from some of the 'oldies' & hope you're all doing fantastic on your weight-loss journey. As for the newbies welcome to Ideal Protein and it is the greatest decision you have ever made... just remember success doesn't come easy and just like anything else in life you have to work with the program in order to achieve your goals =))

After a 2 week 'break' from IP I am now back on protocol 10000% which feels great, however during my two week break I didn't 'pig out' I only had fast food once and it was a fish fillet.. yum! haha

Hubby and I are in week 5....he's lost 25 and I'm down 16...woot woot!! So far we are loving this way of eating....only wish we had found it sooner!!
