Had my first weigh in today on IP
 

I wasn't sure how I was doing....Eating all these salads are about to make me gag!!! I really hate eating the vegetables..... I feel so full all the time, its really hard to eat 2 cups of veggies...

But my first weigh in was this morning and I lost 5 pounds and 11 inches.....I was happy with the results....The sent me to a store that sells a huge variety of the walden farms products so I bought several different dressings and sauces....I hope they make the salads bearable!!

Wow 11 inches is a lot.

I readded the inches and it wasnt 11, it is 12 3/4....My coach must have left out one of the measurements when she added them....she said that some ppl will lose more inches than in actual weight.....I dont care if it comes off in pounds or inches, as long as it comes off !!

I also lost 5 lbs on my first WI (my coach only measures on a monthly basis though).

Sounds like your doing good too!! My coach weighs and measures every week, and gives me a record of it to keep at home.....I think that will help to be able to see my weight and measurements in front of me when I start having cravings......

congratulations! My first WI was a 6 pound loss, so I'm anxious to see how I do on Monday :) Our "coaches" are a husband and wife, and he "doesn't do measuring" so I am hoping to get Dr Sue so I can see how many inches i've lost. Curious....how many body parts did you have measured to come to the 12? For my initial consult, she measured bust/waist/hips/thigh
