Day 4 in....I REALLY like the Novi Lax. I had really bad issues with 'C' since I started the diet. None of the usual suggestions helped. I would usually end up every week and a half have to do a purge with a half bottle or more of Magnesium Citrate. Not fun. No cramping or bloating with the Novi Lax. Still feeling great. I was told I could continue with the Novi Lax after the cleanse if it worked for me so that's what I will be doing!

So weird how the cleanse is so different for everyone! I'm really glad its working well for you. I have to say, so far, I'm not impressed.

I'm taking 4 novi-lax each night and still have to take as much other stuff, or more, as I was before just to keep regular. This has been a life long problem for me, and not made any better by the IP diet, but so far this cleanse has done nothing to improve it.

I am just taking 1 tbsp. novi-pur in the morning and 1 after supper, so I think I'll up that & see if it makes a difference. Otherwise I will be doing the salt water flush every few days to make sure the toxins are actually getting flushed out. Don't really want to; it works but leaves me feeling bloated for a day or so each time. Oh well. :)

I paid 63.00. My coach told me there was enough product to do 2 15 day cleanses, but I'm pretty sure she's misinformed.

Well, I'm off the novi cleanse already. The first couple of days were really good. Then it all went downhill. On day 4 I started getting a headache. By day 6 the headache was so bad I was bed ridden and nothing I took would ease the pain. I also had a major gall bladder attack on day 6 and I don't have a gall bladder anymore!! I also gained 2 pounds. My coach thought it impossible to be gaining based on what I'd been eating but the scale doesn't lie. I was exhausted. The only good part was the novi lax worked fairly well for me. Day 7 I took my morning doses, the headache started in again so I quit the cleanse. It's been a couple of days since I've been off it now and I'm back down by 3 pounds. For me, it did not work. My husband tried it as well. Although he didn't have the headache, etc, he did have the weight gain as well.
Here, the cleanse cost $69.95 and no, there isn't enough liquid Novi Pur to last 3 weeks.
Now this was just my experience but I certainly won't be trying it again!

Cathy, so sorry to hear things were so lousy for you on the cleanse!

Other than the fact that I've had to take extra laxatives, which is ridiculous, I really haven't noticed anything, good or bad. I'll go ahead and finish the 15 days, but in the end I think it will have been a waste of 63.00. I am kind of hoping I'll drop a few extra pounds after I'm off it - would be nice!

WOw it is so interesting how this cleanse has different effects on people. My cleanse cost me 68.00 here in good old NJ. Seems to be different prices as well...interesting...

Was suggested the novi cleanse today as I gained half a pound this week, First time ever. Do you think this really helps us get closer to our goal? Things do move well already twice a day, Toxins collect in our system, but when we sweat and urinate, plus our liver isint it slowly being removed already.

Sorry I didn't respond to you earlier but I had an unexpected trip to FL to be with my dad when he got a terminal cancer diagnosis. And now am getting ready for a week's trip to Haiti.

Instructions being all over the place is what I don't understand with this program....that, and how all the coaches are trained differently. But that's another post....:dizzy:

My coach just told me to follow the directions that came with my box of products and that's what I did. My instructions were to take 2 renal tabs after breakfast, 2 Tbsp. of Novi-Pur after dinner and 1-2 tabs of Novi-Lax before bed. I did experiment with that and started with 2, because of the big C but cut it back to 1 as I went along. Also, my directions said to do it for 14 days, which gave me enough to do it twice with the products I got. You have to remember that I'm in Canada, which seems to be different from the U.S. products but if I remember right, you're in SK, which you would think would be the same as I get in ON.

I quit the cleanse after 10 days! Cramps, and the big C. paid 68$ for it, then she wanted me to buy something else to help with the big C. I told her no........... no........Everything was working fine bofore this cure, never a big C, now I have to buy more products just to go to the toilette, doesnt seem to healthy to me. Plus with all the vitamins I am already taking I dont want to take any more pills, lol....so I dumped it all in the garbage and my plumbing is back to normal twice a day, and she never asked me about it again.

Well she did want me to try the foot detox, and some wrap in a blanket, I said no no no lol

Wow interesting how different everyones experiences, costs and instructions are. I did the cleanse not too long ago, the canadian liquid form version and it only cost me 30 something. I felt GREAT while on the cleanse, I only took 1 of the nightly lax's and everything worked perfect. While I was on the cleanse my weekly loss was around 3 pounds. Since being off the cleanse I have C something awful and everything I try either does not work or causes D. Plus my numbers have been down. I talked to my coach and she looked into it and said I could go on it again right away. I don't know my my experience is so different then everyone elses. :(

Ideal Protein Novi-Cleanse
 

I started the Novi-Cleanse yesterday. Day 1 was perfectly fine. However today early evening, the diarrhea hit hard. I am wondering if I can even risk going to sleep tonight. I am going to try not taking the Novi-Lax tonight and then adjust it down to 1 instead of 2. My coach suggested doing the cleanse for 10 days every season.

As for the Novi-lax, I was getting so constipated on the IP protocol and the veggies, salads, magnesium citrate did nothing to help. 1st time in my life I developed hemorrhoids. The Novi-lax at night followed by 12 ounces of water fixed the issues. I have been coached that it is healthy to take this on a daily/regular basis.
