I found the perfect way to get your water intake for the day!!
Just eat one of those Cran-Pom cereal bar things...its the only way to get it down without gagging - water water water.

What's helped me get in more water is to get those different flavored packets (like Crystal Light), sugar free of course, and add it to my water. I seem to drink my water faster that way.

Something I would have never thought to try, which I tried today was a bottle of Bragg's Cider Vinegar drink, the one with ginger and stevia, 0's across the board on the label. The contrast with the cider vinegar really brings out the sweetness of the stevia. I tried mixing some of my own with the same brand of cider vinegar and some stevia drops and it had pretty much the same taste, but of course without the ginger until I get some.
It's different, still sour and likely not for the palate of many. Given I've read more good than bad about cider vinegar, I will work this into my beverage options. |
