I am so upset. I have been doing the idela protein diet for 2 weeks. My first week i was down 6.2. This week i am down only 1/2 lb!! I feel so ripped off. I did not cheat once!!! i drank 8 - 10 glasses of water a day...I lost 4 1/2 inches but i am very unhappy with the results. My counsellor i may need to up my protein and suggested i add an extra chocolate drink through the day. Also, i was only eating 5 oz of meat at night, and she said i should eat 8. Has anyone else experienced this?

I can only buy mine by the box, where as my brother can buy his by individual packs so he doesn't have to eat the same food for the week which I really like. He doesn't get bored at all with it, Neither do I but I would like the variety of 21 different packs instead of just 7 of the same thing n3 times

I have 2 good weeks of weight loss then the next 2 weeks are only a pound or so. As long as you are losing that is a good thing. It will come off, don't get discouraged, your inches are coming off so that is great. You will see results all at once. Keep your chin up you can do this!!

Thanks for the positive talk. Hopefully week 3 weigh in gives me a bigger weight loss. I am already down a pant size which is encouraging, and overall down 17 inches all over my body, but it just seems to me that should equal more than 6.6 lbs of weight.

See at least you are a pant size smaller...I am still the same size and have lost 49 inches all over my body. There is always a bright side to every thing that comes off of our bodies!!

Wednesday the 29th will be my 8 week WI. I love this program and am doing very well with it. I have not been hungry at all. Have not even been tempted once. I have made up my mind that this is going to work, its time I do something for ME.

That is a fantastic amount of weight to lose in 8 weeks!! You are inspiring me my dear!! I am not hungry either, and that is the right attitude. If you are a mom like me, probably always worrying and doing for others and not yourself!!
If i get down on this program i know who to turn to....

That's happening to me. I lost 6.5 the first week, 2 the second and then I stood on the scale yesterday and it was up .5. I am wondering if the crystal lights are doing it? I just had a chocolate drink bc i tend to drink the ones that have less carbs. I also switched to fish instead of heavy red meat. Good luck to you! it can be frustrating but it is coming off!

Just my opinion, but I think the miracle noodles are one of the most awful things I ever ate. They have no taste but the texture is like your eating rubber bands. They never really break down when you chew them, they just kinda get cut up in little pieces. The Japanese call them " broom for your stomache" as they are supposed to clean you out. Probably because they don't really break down. I ordered them once and put them in a soup and fed them to my family. Everyone hated them and I threw the entire pot of soup out and the remaining 3 packages I ordered.
