WOW...thats really awesome, you should be so proud. Reading your post gave me chills. Enjoy your wonderful success!!!

An ounce to onederland. You wrote your post this afternoon, you may have lost that ounce by now. I am so proud of you.

I bought some containers from Tupperware a couple of years ago that are designed to keep produce fresh longer. I find they work well and stack nicely in the fridge helping keep all those veggies organized and easy to get to!

I know all you east-coasters and europeans have been waiting up to find out how WI#3 went for me. I'm pleased with the 2.4 lbs I lost but wish it had been a little higher. It might be coming near TOM? If so, I'm going to ROCK this coming week and hope to be at a 15 lb loss by my b-day. (3/12)

I went to Target after my weigh in and realized that at any given time I could be walking past any one of you (OK, not ANY one of you, but SOME of you) and I would never know...

Funny Story, I was cutting up apples cuz I was making apple pie for the family. When I was cleaning up I noticed one slice I missed putting in the pie. Without even thinking i stuck it in my mouth and chomped down on it. I literally freaked, I spit that thing out like I had just put rat poison in my mouth. If someone saw me they would have thought I had lost my mind. LOL!

That made me laugh because my third day on IP I tried to 'taste' a pear to see if it was ripe for my daughters and immediately spit it out into my hand. For some reason my husband didn't want it.

You made me laugh! I've caught myself several times from the spoon while cooking for my family. Cooking without "tasting" it for spice levels is a new experience for me.

Mammers, I am so happy for you. It is a wonderful feeling to know we can do anything we set our minds to and that we can be content with our lives and ourselves. It seems you have figured it out!

That is HYSTERICAL and most of us have spit something into the sink more than once on this diet. Isn't it amazing how freaked we can get doing this...like...who IS that? Well, it's us! Really focused, intent, serious and not messin' around!
You go girl and thanks for the laugh
