Pain
 

I am a couple days into my fourth week of IP and I have started getting some awful pain in my abdomen, right below my ribcage. Has anybody else experienced this? I Have not changed anything - I take my supplements faithfully and have not cheated yet! It is starting to get frustrating because it can get so intense! Any thoughts or suggestions?

I think if you move your question to the Daily Thread you'll get answers. And you don't say if there is a cause/effect relationship between when you get the pain and when you eat or take a supplement.
