Hehehehehe - well, seeing as how the pictures were only taken a week apart, I think that part of the problem with the first picture was my posture, but we'll see on Wednesday at my WI. I know that I definitely FEEL like I look significantly thinner in the tummy area in the last week, but who knows... And yes, the sisterhood is smaller! The front views didn't turn out as well, but maybe I will attach them as well... I started in a DD and right now, I think I'm a B or so (swelling won't be gone for a month), but that is a size S bikini top.

I can't! I was definitely noticing it today in the area under my armpits where the drains went in. And the R one is more swollen than the L one. ;-)

Give it time and don't do to much lifting over your head. I went through this in June of last year. The best thing I have done for myself in a long long time. Worth every $$$$

When you go to "reply", scroll down below the icons and there are two buttons - quick reply or go advanced. Or, if you're already in the advanced reply option, the next box will say "additional options" - the second option in there is attach files. Click on that, browse for the file on your hard drive, attach and go from there.

Thanks - I'll remember that! Insurance covered mine, so I won't end up having to spend anything on it.

WI #3 tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed. I'm feeling better today, that flu is a killer. At least it kills the appetite.

Is anyone else having problems eating all the veggies and meat at night? I have an IP drink when I first get off work because I am starving, and then when it's time for supper I'm just not that hungry! I am so hungry for the meat so that is all I eat.

I eat in the lunch room at school at noon, so I do eat lots of lettuce and fresh veggies there. The cooks even put cider vinegar and olive oil out for me.

Do I have to eat all the veggies at night too? I also have an IP drink before I go to bed. I have lost consistently, but I'm not following it exactly any more. any thoughts would be appreciated.
mamarix- i have the same problem. i tried to eat my coleslaw today and had one bite. i couldn't do it. so when i got home from work i had the spinach smoothie you guys are all to afraid to try. 2 huge handfuls spinach, one scoop vanilla pp. water and sweetner to taste in the blender. veggies down the hatch. i tend to have my favorites tho...asparagus, roasted zucchini, cucumbers. i really was surprised i that when i did the stuffed bell peppers the second time i went off track and just made a goulash of ground beef, tons of chopped celery, mushrooms, diced peppers, tomato sauce and seasonings. veggies almost outweighed the burger but i got in a good serving of veggies that way and i actually liked it.

would anyone be interested in the counts on these items with a taste review? i'd be glad to post.
Yes please post your thoughts on the products! $11 a box? Fiber?? Nice.

My body fat % went down, how can you go down in that w/out having lost weight?? I`m going to up the water, and add restricteds back in, I only had 2 last week. Any other ideas? I don`t go over on the oil, I don`t think. Just a little discouraged and really want something good to eat! I`m roasting broccoli, so maybe that`ll help
Hang in there! Inches lost is still a loss! I don't quite get the math myself so I'm of no help there. Keep after it and I know next week will be your week!

I think the nutrition facts are fine where you left them, but a picture of the actual item would be good too!

OMG the Spinach smoothie sounds disgusting! Are you serious? I'm sorry, I just can't imagine! Can we have tomato sauce? I'm still in Phase 1 and I don't think tomato sauce is allowed. Sometimes I get so confused.

I saw it! Thanks so much for that!! I will have to switch to alternatives soon as my allowed savings withdrawl for this program is almost gone. I really didn't think this was going to work for me as I have failed with so many other diets in the past. Murphy's law I guess, the one that does work breaks the bank!!
