Just started Ideal Protein
 

Hello to all, I just started the Ideal Protein diet. I am on day two. I am really glad I found this community because it will be helpful to get insights from others who have done the program.

Welcome!!! I started reading everything on this forum. What great inspiration from very dedicated and caring men and women. My suggestion would be to read and post in the daily chats. They motivate and answer all questions. They are a great tool. Have a great day " loser". Haha!!!

Good for you for deciding on IP!! I'm 2 weeks in and am also really enjoy these message boards. I don't know if you are a fan of cooking (I was not, due to lack of experience), but I have found myself experimenting in the kitchen and the recipe threads are awesome!! Good luck to you :carrot:

Thank you for all of the wonderful welcomes! I have already discovered the recipe area for some great ideas. I love to cook and this is a little bit strange for me to not be fixing my husband a big dinner every night. I told him that he will love how the new me will look. I don't think he really cares how I look, but I do. Anyway, I am glad there is such a great place like this to visit with others that can relate.
