3rd week in and have a question
So....I have been sick this week and kind of spacey. I forgot to have my IP drink with lunch. I had my salad and then completely forgot. Any advice? I didn't realize I forgot until dinner time. Had my normal protein and salad for dinner. Should I just not worry about it?:dizzy:

I wouldn't worry about it. As long as you get 3 packs in a day it shouldn't matter 'when'. I don't have a pack for lunch. I have 1 for b'fast; 1 for afternoon snack and 1 before bedtime. I have a little protein at lunch w/ a salad and the rest of my protein for dinner.
I've been averaging 3lbs a week and I just finished week 4. Sorry - re-read your post. Let me clarify. You Should worry about it. Just have it before bedtime. Have 3 a day |
