Averaging about 1.8-2lbs per week. On the lower side of the average here for sure, I do have hashimotos though, so this is great for me given that nothing moved more than 5lbs in the past.

I'm at 42 lbs over the course of 6 months. That's 1.75 lbs per week. It would probably be at 2 lbs per week, had I not had so many hiccups along the way. I went on a vacation and attended a few parties with set menus. I could have found ways to stick the the plan regardless of these circumstances, but I am in no hurry so I decided to enjoy the ride.

Calculating my average is easy - in 1 year on IP I lost 120 lbs (the other 2 came off as I transitioned into maintenance). So 120 lbs in 52 weeks is 2.31 lbs a week - I like easy numbers!

I was down 78.4lbs in 15 weeks as of Thursday. I have a HUGE push to hit 80lbs this week, to make a nice round average of 5lbs a week.

31 lbs in 18 weeks to maintenance so 1.75 lbs per week. Then again 31 lbs isn't really much to lose and I did have a big stall before I did Alternative IP. I'm happy with the results.

ehh, I have some weeks where I will lose about 2 pounds and then other weeks where it will be about 4 or 5. I think it tends to vary depending on what I'm eating that week and the time I get weighed...

TOM I gain 2 lbs usually. Sounds like I am a minority there. But the next week I lose double. It has nothing to do with water weight and I dread getting the lecture about cheating. I swear I am not ;) as the food is too expensive to waste the time cheating...LOL

17 weeks and 32.6 lbs = 1.92/wk. Not as fast as some but still better than anything I was doing on my own. I'm very happy with my losses so far. Still have 24 lbs more to go.

I've lost 57 lbs in 14 weeks. I'm averaging 4 lbs a week... some weeks I lose 2, some I lose 5, but it all averages out in the end.
My goal is to lose 130 lbs... I'm almost half way there! |

21lbs in three weeks. 12.4 in week one, 5.2 in week two and 3.4 in week three. I LOVE this diet!!!

Congrats everyone! I lost 5.8 my first week. Some cheats so hoping for a greater loss week 2...committed to sticking to the plan!
