I am a little embarrassed but my doctor told me this was normal-i have tummy pain and am in the bathroom with diarehha. He stated this is my bodies way of getting rid of the fat. I wanted to know how long it lasts? anyone else have this issue on day 2?

I had the same for a few days. Back to normal during week 2!

i as well have that problem. it lasted about 1 week and now if i go off and eat something i shouldn't it happens again for a day or so. but it is normal.

I am on day 7 and I had that problem for most of the first week, but as of yesterday I am back to normal.

I did not have that problem...hopefully it doesn't come to that...

I am 7 days into the program and I didn't have that problem but I do get stomach pains that are alleviated with burping.

Don't feel embarrassed. I am on day 16 of IP and had this issue for the first 5 days. My coach said the same thing but did state to drink extra water to keep hydrated.
