I'd like to find a place to order it from so that even after I'm done on IP, I can still get it. Any suggestions?

The Lindora and new lifestyles shakes are the closest that I have had. I hear the Dr Borenstein's and matol are also very close.
On another note, only during reformulation did my clinic or another clinic I am familiar with have issues getting the rtd shakes. Otherwise, the shakes are always readily in stock.

I was told it can be used but, it should be used sparingly until you know how it effects you and your weight loss. If you can find the splenda version, use it.

You load up a bowl of raw food and give to the cook who cooks it up on a big open grill. They have various sauces you can pour over it, but I've opted for the mixed spice and soy sauce for flavoring. I had a couple of ingredients I'm not sure about, plus I had to do my best eye-balling quantities. My question is about sesame oil and water chestnuts?
about 1/2 cup of spinach
about a 1 cup of brocolli
about 1/4 cup of water chestnuts (?)
about 10 sliced jalepenos
what looked like 4-5 oz of chicken
TBS of sesame oil (?)
Italian herbs
Mixed spice / salt mix
Soy sauce
2 glasses of water
Also I can assume, that any so-called vegetable noodles are not a phase I food. However, I had always wondered about vegetable noodles?

The sesame oil is fine. The water chestnuts were not and would have been more like having an occasional vegetable. If you treat it as such and only allow yourself one more full (maybe another 1/2 too) serving of the occasional veggies for the week you will likely be fine. The water chestnuts have 9 carbs (1.8 is from fiber) per 1/2 cup.
Be cautious at Mongollian grills. The prepared sauces have carbs. Even the garlic and ginger you find in the water has a fair amount of carbs per ladel. If you are using garlic or ginger in powdered form be aware that there are roughly 2carbs per 1tsp.
I love Mongollian but, always ask for the nutrition data sheet before I make my mix.

Is it harder to lose b/c I am short (I am 5'2") and don't have as much to lose?
But I do feel good & my clothing is really getting big...I have no pants to wear.
I was wondering if anyone has a good idea of something to take to a party. I am invited to the end of the soccer season party. I offered to bring a salad...but I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas?

Less than three weeks and you have lost 7 pounds. I think you are doing GREAT!
Try not to compare yourself with others. We all have different metabolisms and respond differently. She may have more reasons to need this diet and her body may be making more correction causing more weight loss. She may have allergies that cause fluid build up and removing the foods she was allergic to are allowing her body to shed that related water weight. You don't say if she is larger or how much larger than you. Those of us who are carrying a large amount of excess weight will initial lose faster. The closer you get to your ideal weight you will lose at a rate more in line with 2 pounds a week on average.
