Cold medicine

Any suggestions on what type of cold medicine I can have that won't interfere with the diet? Stuffy head; headache; runny nose.

You can ask your pharmacist for a diabetic cough syrup. Nasty (but what isn't?). Or, OTC Robitussin (sp?) makes a sugar-free one. I'm not sure about the OTC pills like Sudafed Severe Cold.

I know you JUST started, and some of my "symptoms" of getting into ketosis were just what you're describing, and they went away when I upped my water to 100oz a day.
