Sodium in IP Packs?
 

Hi Everyone -

It is my 2nd week on IP and was wondering if anyone knows Sodium contents of the packs? :?: I am lucky to have a coach I am able to purchase packs rather then boxes so I do not see all the info I guess which would be on a box. I did some research here on these threads and also on the web and only came up with a link that shows calories and carbs in the packs.

I have high blood pressure and I am always checking sodium content...just want to see which packs have less, which have more, etc.

If anyone has a link or a sheet of that info they can pass along that would be real wonderful.

If you go in the FAQ stickie, post #5 has a nutritional fact sheet that you can print out and it does include the sodium amounts.
