Default starting over

Hello everyone!

This is my first post on this board. I did the ideal protein diet back in August through September. In the two month period I lost a total of twenty pounds, I started at 150. It is not January and although I have not gained back any weight my stomach, hips and thighs went up 2 inches. Has this happened to anyone? What could be some explanations?

I am going to start the ideal protein diet again this Saturday to lose my last 10lbs, I am very excited!

Thanks!

I'm sure you will do fine again and the inches will start to melt when you get back on the program.

Did the same person take your measurements? Are you sure the points measured were in the exact same place? Since our bodies aren't hard, I think measuring is kind of inexact and I have never relied on it.

I don't hold too much stock in the measuring either. Too many variables. Instead I rely on how my clothes are fitting.

Have you been exercising? Building muscle could add inches... in a good way!
