So I realized that I have been unknowingly "cheating". I haven't been eating anything that's not allowed, but just realized the other day I've been eating more than one restricted food on exercise days because I add a bar on those days. So, I've eliminated the oatmeal and pancakes for breakfast on exercise days and replaced them with yogurt or a drink so I can still have the bar. Ugh. I've been doing the program for so long I hadn't reviewed the protocol page for a while. I feel like it has helped already, I know I will be losing a good amount this week (although I'm due for a good week anyway).

I guess I shouldn't beat myself up too much since I've been losing every week, but my numbers are certainly lower than many others who post here.
Just thought I'd "confess", here's to a better week!
