Did you move to phase 2 like you talked about doing? I thought you did your weigh-in's on Friday's with dad.

Yes, I did move to phase 2. I usually weigh in on Friday's, but this is a strange week.

For some reason I could not open the sheet. Today I am happy to report being at 204.6!! That is a tad more than 5 lbs!! Hooray!! Way to go everyone! Keep up the good work!!
