It can be either. Pretty much anything but a restricted packet will work if you need an extra packet.

Another trick I try is anytime I'm hungry when I probably shouldn't be I drink 8-10 oz of water and wait 20 mins to see if I'm really hungry. People often mistake hunger pains as a need for food, but more often it is your body telling you it needs water.

I am not sure because I don't keep track of anything except I just follow protocol exactly everyday ....but your caloric intake seems low....I believe it should be 800-900 calories a day.

well how do you boost the calories? I noticed my cals are usually between 400 - 800... yes I was thinking that was low... but how the heck would you boost them? I mean there are only so many calories in lettuce and veggies right? then the IP products are not high either....

yes I agree. That was my first line of defense this morning. I used 8 c of water, at a steady pace...especially when the growlies returned... the hot coffee really helped tho... this was surprising.

I've had a good day so far. I'm feeling energetic and ready to face the day. I got on the treadmill today and did 2 miles in 34 minutes. I've set myself a goal to do it in 30 minutes. Have a great day.

Three packets is around 400 calories...evoo around 50 calories a day....veggies and lettuce around 100 to 150 calories a day. Protein 200-400 depending on the meat.

Crystal, You have come so far and will get more excited about your smaller body as you continue to lose weight. We all face situations that could cause us to give up, but when we refuse to give up or change our plan, we become an even stronger person. I have learned so much during my journey and it's not over. Remember not everyone wants to do what we are doing. I thank God for a plan that has changed my life, health (normal BMI) and have regained my natural body shape. I knew it was there, I just had to find a way to uncover it. We have so much to be thankful for. Let's not let the cares of the world stress us out, stress will affect our weight loss. Stay encouraged, strong and true to your plan. Judy

well does it not depend what pkts you are eating? I mean a rtd shake is only 90 cals...pudding around the same??? so that is less than 300... I just do not understand how you guys get a high calorie reading??? what is the norm? anyone?

Can you post what you ate instead of your results.....sometimes that is easier to figure out what might be the culprit. Your fat intake seems a bit high as well....

**Carla** a few days ago you posted that we shouldn't be drinking the pom/cran every day. I've gained 4 lbs this week and could not figure out why?!?!?! When I read that I thought.. hmmm maybe this is the problem. I haven't had it in 3 days now and I've lost 5 lbs. So I think I will just stick to drinking it 2 days a week.

I keep singing that whodat song whenever I see you post. I am not from the south, but heard about it on some news cast about a year ago. My daughter has a whodat shirt that everyone comments on.

Looks like you're doing well!! Closing in on Onederland!!
