where to get the ideal protein diet foods

I looked at the stickies but don't see any info regarding starting this diet. Is it the sites that come up when I google? Thanks

Hi Jeanies,

You can go to www.idealprotein.com to see if there is a clinic near you or go to www.idealtogo.com to do an online/telephone setup and order. Or if you read the IP - Food Altnerative Ideas & Tips stickie, you can find other places to order products similar to IP.

Thank you Sheila. Looks like you are doing awesome!

Jeanies one thing to remember each packet costs $4 from IP plus the coaching fees. BUT this program does work.

Read the alternative sticky to the end. There are companies out there that make packets that are almost identical but cost way less.

Found a chiropractor practice in my area that charges $325 for the first month.
Sounds like you go to a registration/info meeting and get one months worth of the foods. Does this sound reasonable?

Yes that is what I paid for my first month. Not sure where you live, but my coach gave me a starter pack with one of each food that ideal protein offers. I loved this because I could try out the food without having to buy an entire box. After I went through each food I knew which ones I liked and which ones I would not be buying again. You will love this program!

Yes, I'd say so, since one week of food is $81, and I paid a registration fee of $100.
