Sooooooooooooo I wanted to share a few pictures of my progress. I am beyond disgusted of how I look but OH WELL this is why I am on Ideal Protein and am making the necessary changes to better my appearance and inner self

You are looking GREAT! I can definitely see changes! You should be proud of what you have accomplished no matter where you are or what is still to come. You really do look noticeably thinner!!!



I agree with you about the pictures. I wish they had let us keep our photos in the area I wanted them posted instead of moving them to the general area. It is so much less convenient to keep up on how everyone is progress in our group. AND, I get posts from people I don't know. Not so sure I like that.

I have thought about taking my pictures down and only posting updates in the daily chat as they are worth posting.

Great Job on your progress! Doesn't it feel sooo good? My coach just told me to remember how it feels to be heavy and that will help with staying on track and not wanting to go back to it. Good work, keep it up!

Don't get me wrong ladies I feel great and have always been comfortable with myself..... Until I see pictures haha I never saw myself that 'big', know what I mean?

The reason I choose to do ideal protien is because 11 months ago I gave birth to a little miracle who was 2.5 months early. I am happy to say she is healthy as can be and will be 1 on boxing day but because of my weight I am afarid to get pregnant again. Now thanks to ideal protien I should reach my goal by next April & then next fall hopefully #2 will be on the way =))
