I am at phase 3 almost at phase 4. I started exercising again when i got to phase 3. Has anyone lost weight on phase 3 or 4 when they added back in exercise?

This is an interesting thread. About 2 weeks ago, after about 7-8 weeks on IP, I started getting very hungry mid-afternoon. I added a protein each day, one of them restricted (before that I was only using a restricted occasionally). I can tell I am still losing.....I weigh in tomorrow after 2 weeks, so we shall see! ;)

I experienced a similary situation when I started a second job cleaning (I work during the day at a place where I sit most of the day). I noticed that my weight loss was so small...just 1 or 2 lbs a week...so depressing because I was watching everything to stay right on track...so I began eating the restricted on days when I am cleaning and don't have them on days I don't and the next week...a 5 lb loss :) I do believe the more you put out the more you need to take in...not a lot, but a little of course and the restricted give the extra bit of energy :)

I wondered what everyone was doing...since I started alternating swimming and treadmill/eliptical on a 5 day a week schedule I have been soooo hungry. My coach said to have some protein before and after so I will try to split a shake and see how that works...I was soooo tired I had 5 packets on Thanksgiving but have not added any weight. Last week I stayed the same but lost 3-1/2 inches from my hips and thigh.
