As you lose weight your caloric needs will drop and you will be able to eat fewer packets. In fact, the closer you get to the end goal and "ideal" place for you the more you will feel full on MUCH less food and find it very easy to stall or plateau.
I began my weight loss at 254 and, while on Ideal Protein, only did 3 packets a day for the whole 6 months. I lost 90 pounds and have held it for the past 4.5 months.
