tle1103 ~ I know what you mean. I served a week in jury duty for a MURDER case and went off plan. Then my daughter has had some health issues that I've been worrying over. I'm doing IP with lots of stress going on my life always.

Candace - congrats on Onederland!!!!

I'm heading off for my first official weigh-in in a few minutes. According to my naked first thing in the morning weight I'm down a smidge under 7 lbs. Hoping the official clothing required weigh-in shows the same thing. Trying to figure out what I want to pick up for food the next week. My clinic sells whole boxes only so I can't do any mixing and matching. I think I've decided on chicken soup, vanilla pudding, cappuccino and maybe an extra box with the raspberry gelatin to mix things up. Wish me luck!

LOL! This is snow....this was Jan 2010 - typical winter snowfall up here in Sask! We dont have this much snow right now, only about 2 inches left since its been melting!
Thanks for sharing the "snow" photo mompattie.... looks cold!!!! We get plenty here in "Sunny Florida" plenty of "Pictures of Snow" that is... from friends and relatives I can't imagine living in a place where snowfall is measured in feet per year...!!!! LOL That just seems.... unbelievable!

Well hat's off to you... or better yet... keep the hats and other cold weather clothing on. Thanks again!

Default Back from 2 week cruise

Hello everyone! I have lots of catching up to do as I have been away for several weeks. The last 2 weeks was our Mediterranean Cruise (ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS). Tonight is official weigh in night with the last time being 3 weeks ago!! My scale at home indicated a gain of 6 pounds the day after we returned, but as of today it is down 4. WOW, would I be excited to see just a 2-3 pound gain. Unfortunately, the evil office scale always seems to be off from mine at home.

Okay, going back to read read read all that has been happening around here. Have a great day everyone!

Thanks for the information aslang and journeysend. I felt a little silly asking but I'll be able to follow the conversation a little better now.
