Bad week!
 
I'm on IP for almost 8 weeks I do everything right, I train almost every day and his week I've gained 1 pound! I'm so discuraged. Also, I've been feeling tired and dizzy at work. I almost didn't get my period this month... I feel like my body is all messed up! I'll keep going for a week but if I continue gaining or feeling like I feel now I don't know what i'm gonna do!

Mahora...what kind of training do you do? When we are on Phase 1, we are NOT supposed to do exercise, because of our restricted calorie intake. Has your coach not told you that?

Hi, I am new to this program (Nov 6th ) and this site. I think that this challenge is a good motivator for me. I was wondering how you get the chart on the bottom of your post that tracks your weight loss.

Hi I have put your name in the challenge in alphabetical order.
To get a weight tracker you must be a member for 20 days or 20 posts (I think that is the number)

My coach only told me to take my measurements if I was training. I do cardio and weight, about an hour a day. The thing is I don't get how this could have me putting weight on, since my calorie intake is low I should burn everything.

Also, I wanted to train I order to help not put all the weight back on after IP.
