My sheet says 5oz and 7 oz COOKED weight.

I know I'm a really anal person, but it makes me crazy when I read on here the differences in the messages from our "coaches."

I assume that the official IP protocol sheets are provided by Ideal Protein, so why the discrepancies?

Does this drive anyone else ?????

I agree that it's frusterating and annoying but as long as I continue to lose then I guess it doesn't matter if I'm not measuring the same as everyone else.

Good positive spin on it. I have been measuring cooked meat so I can cook the meat together for everyone instead of mine and theirs. I have been losing so you are right. "as long as 'we' are losing" That helps curb my type A personality.

Um, yes, it drives me as well. I think I wrote an entire angry post about it one night. My sheet doesn't specify, so I did uncooked, until I saw others on here pointing out that it is cooked. I didn't lose any differently either way, honestly. I was just fuller the second way!

I have enjoyed the taste of Braggs Protein sauce for many years... duing week 7 of my IP journey I decided to add some into my homemade salad dressings... Doing so stopped my weightloss for the week cold and kept me out of ketosis. So for me... from my personal experience, I suggest... AVOID IT FOR NOW and have something to BRAGG about later....
