I found the sea kelp noodles through whole foods and sprouts in my area.
here is their website link.

They rinse up great. I haven't ever had any strange tastes or smell to deal with in my food. They are firm and hold up well in stir fry. I have done a dish with terriyaki beef and vegetables with these as a base and it was great!
They have zero fat, 1 carb which is all fiber, zero protein and only 6 calories per 4 oz serving.
The link I provided has information on where to find nearest retailers.

I DO NOT use any of the other products. I find only the original kelp noodles are close to the guidelines for the Ideal Protein program.
